• Thompson B 12 + Folic Acid

Folic acid intake should not exceed 250% (or 1000 mcg) of the recommended folic acid daily value. Store in a cool, dry place. 
 
Directions:

  Use only as directed. Take one lozenge daily, place under your tongue and allow it to dissolve slowly in your mouth. Pregnant or lactating women have an increased need for folic acid and may take one lozenge up to twice daily.
