Directions

daily. For panic attacks, acute anxiety and intense stress: Take 1-3 capsules
as needed. For anxiety with depression: Combine Seredyn with Amoryn,
a clinically-proven natural anti-depressant. Do not exceed three capsules
at once or six capsules daily. When taken as directed, Seredyn is not
addictive or habit-forming.

Seredyn is my top choice to overcome panic and anxiety. I have

I have been using Seredyn for some time now - and it's great. It
is a herbal product, so it doesn't work like normal tranquilizers, maybe
it's not that fast. In the beginning I didn't feel immediate results,
but after I took 2 capsules twice a day for several days, I felt much
better and much more relaxed, and I didn't have problems falling asleep.
That's the thing about natural products - they don't work as fast, but
the effects are long-lasting, and you don't get addicted. I will stick
to that product.
